One house, two houses or a whole estate
The ten properties above all sleep a big group, but they do it in three different ways, and that shapes the holiday more than the bedroom count does.
One house, one table
Villa Andalucía, Villa Athena and Palais Mauresque put everyone under one roof, with shared salons and a single dining room: Andalucía’s seats up to 24, Mauresque’s 18 indoors. Best when the point of the trip is long meals together.
Two houses, one garden
Villa Edith (13 guests in the main house, 10 in the second) and Villa Nolan (7 bedrooms in one house, 3 master suites in the other, each with its own pool) let two families or two generations keep their own kitchen and rhythm, then meet for dinner.
A domain of suites and villas
Domaine Beldi, Olive Palace, Villa Savannah and Palais Melody spread 20 to 22 bedrooms across several buildings. Villa Azarenka works the same way on a smaller scale: 4 master suites and 7 garden villas of about 100 m² each.

Do the maths per head
A whole-house price looks large until you divide it. At two guests per bedroom, Villa Nolan’s €2,000 starting rate is about €100 per guest per night; Villa Edith, sleeping 23, about €109; Villa Azarenka, sleeping 18, about €219. These are floors, before staff extras and meals.
Matching the group
Which large villa suits which group
- Family reunions with young children: Villa Nolan, with its children’s area, trampoline, slide and swings, 15 minutes from the centre; or Villa Edith, whose main house has a children’s bedroom.
- A milestone birthday among friends: Villa Andalucía, with a butler who mixes cocktails, a cinema room and a billiard room; Palais Mauresque for its rooftop sunset lounge and bar.
- Sporty groups: Villa Azarenka (clay court with clubhouse, 200 m² fitness centre), Domaine Beldi (clay court, two pools, petanque) or Villa Savannah (gym and clay court).
- Golfers: Villa Savannah lists golf 7 minutes away, Villa Nolan and Villa Athena 10 minutes. See golf in Marrakech.

Less suited: groups who want to walk to the medina every evening. None of these properties is in town, and the furthest, Azarenka and Palais Melody, are 45 minutes or more away. Just below this range, Villa Mansouria in the Palmeraie has 9 bedrooms and a heated pool. For a party of 8 to 10, a 4 or 5-bedroom villa is usually better value.
Before you book
Practical points for a large group
Transport
With 20 or more people, plan minibuses rather than taxis for the airport and every outing. Airport drive times in the listings run from 25 minutes (Villa Athena) to 45 (Villa Azarenka). Options and prices: Marrakech airport transfers.
Winter pools
From November to March, average highs are about 19 to 24 °C. Villa Andalucía, Villa Azarenka and one of Villa Nolan’s two pools are listed as heated; Olive Palace heats its pool on request. Full list: villas with a heated pool.
Staff and meals
Most of these houses list staff, but meals are not always included. Agree in advance who cooks, how groceries are paid and when the team is on duty. Our villa staff and tipping guide explains how it works.
Book early
There are only ten houses of this size in our collection, and the school holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year go first. For those weeks, enquire several months ahead, and read the terms on deposits, contracts and cancellation before you pay.

Can we rent only part of a villa?
The two houses of Villa Nolan can be rented separately or together. For the other villas, ask us.
Which large villas come with staff?
Villa Azarenka lists full-time staff and a head chef, Villa Andalucía permanent staff including a butler, Palais Mauresque permanent staff led by a chef, Villa Athena full staff and Villa Edith permanent staff. Ask us what is included for your stay.
