An exclusive private estate located in the Palmeraie of Marrakech. Our establishment consists of four luxury villas, offering a total of 15 rooms.

The villas include Villa Ezzahra, which can accommodate 14 people, Villa Alkhozama, which can accommodate 4 people, Villa Azzaytouna, which can accommodate 6 people, and Villa Azeer which can accommodate 4 people.

Each villa is equipped with its own private swimming pool and garden to ensure privacy and independence for each guest.

Our 20,000 square meter estate is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens with ancient olive trees, date palms, orange trees and pomegranate trees.

We are delighted to offer fully equipped villas with dedicated staff, including experienced chefs who prepare delicious Moroccan cuisine and lighter European options to satisfy all tastes.

Ezzahra & pavillion

Ezzahra can accommodate up to 16 people in its seven luxurious en-suite double bedrooms, each with a dressing room and private terrace, while the self-catering apartment is perfect for teenagers or accompanying staff.

Alkhozama

Alkhozama can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms, The master bedroom opens onto a terrace with a 12 meter swimming pool and a luxurious day bed. The second bedroom has a covered terrace with a sitting area and a desk.

Azzaytouna

Azzaytouna can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 luxurious double bedrooms with private bathroom and terrace, a 12.8 meter swimming pool and a Berber tent with comfortable seating for drinks.

Azeer

Azeer can accommodate up to 3 people in its two bedrooms, the large double bedroom has a private terrace and a swimming pool suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The villa also includes a circulation area for wheelchairs, electric gates, as well as the necessary equipment to assist people entering or exiting the pool if necessary.
